Fred marcou 4 contra o Sport Boys Na tarde desta segunda-feira, o Atlético entrou com um recurso no Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva de Minas Gerais contra a punição imposta ao atacante Fred, após julgamento por agressão ao atacante Manoel, do Cruzeiro, no clássico do último 01 de abril.
Fred foi suspenso por quatro jogos, pena mínima prevista no artigo 254 A do Código Brasileiro de Justiça Desportiva. Até o momento, Fred já cumpriu duas partidas de suspensão.
No entanto, o Atlético não entrou com pedido de efeito suspensivo. Com isso, Fred está fora da partida de volta da semifinal do Mineiro, contra a URT, no domingo, às 16h, no Independência, uma vez que o julgamento do recurso tende a ser marcado para a próxima semana.
Caso o Atlético elimine e URT de Patos de Minas no domingo, Fred só poderá jogar a última partida da grande final do campeonato Mineiro.
Porém, o Atlético espera obter no Pleno a redução da pena de Fred, o que permitiria ao atacante disputar o jogo de ida da final.
