* Todos jogam contra todos em 11 rodadas
* Os 8 primeiros entre os 12 concorrentes se classificam às quartas de final, que serão disputadas em jogo único. Os donos das melhores campanhas têm a vantagem de jogar em casa. Em caso de empate, a vaga será definida nos pênaltis. As duas piores equipes ao final da primeira fase são rebaixadas.
* A semifinal e a final seguem com jogos de ida e volta. Os clubes de melhor campanha na primeira fase fazem a segunda partida decisiva em casa.

Outra novidade é o prazo de inscrição de atletas. Em 2019, os clubes poderão inscrever atletas a qualquer momento da competição. Até 2018 o prazo era até às quartas de final.
